We take deposits on all colour services. Deposits are non-refundable, and can be transferrable once if you need to reschedule.
Please give your stylist or Waitlist at minimum 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we are not notified, it will be treated as a no-show.
